It is remarkable as it never has to "Advertise" its services as opportunities to quote for contracts comes with recommendation and recognition of its reputation for the provision of a quality service.
For many years the company has trained its employees through the Investors in People programme which the company welcomes as they have always invested in their workforce and were the first North East Roofing company specialising in Roof Sheeting & Cladding to be awarded the I.I.P accolade.
Their client base is vast and varied throughout the UK with names such as RioTinto Alcan, ICI, Kodak, Carillion, Sir Robert McAlpine and Balfour Beatty being just some of the many Clients that they have dealt with. Bringing the contract in on time and on budget has won the company repeat orders from many of these clients.
The company aims to complete projects within schedule and budget and work is always conducted in accordance with recognized quality and safety standards. They operate within agreed and equitable policies and endeavour to develop staff of the highest calibre by investing in regular training. They are fully committed to the CSCS scheme and all site based employees either possess or are undertaking an NVQ II in roof sheeting and cladding. Further to this they also promote and adopt equitable contracting arrangements and work with due care for the environment. They also operate a policy of continual improvement in construction maintenance and management. The company has achieved accreditation with Constructionline and National Britannia 'Safe Contractor' and is also a CHAS registered contractor, confirming its continual commitment to excellence in Health, Safety and the Environment.
